　Japanese Teachers



<Our standard for hiring teacher>
MLC hires only qualified instructors who have completed an authorized training course or have passed the Japanese language teacher examination.

<Training course>
All teachers take a 11 month training course after being hired in which they learn the MLC original teaching method and usage of corresponding textbooks and materials.


<Teaching material sharing>
We provide a wide range of supplementary teaching materials including: work-sheets, charts, pictorial cards, quiz, tests, etc. for various student's requirements. Personal computer displays are installed in each class room. Students are able to practice conversation with listening exercises, animations, pictures and sounds on the screen.

<Sharing personal experiences>
All teachers are able to send their teaching experiences to the MLC teachers' website. Whether they are examples of successful or difficult experiences, please share them as common knowledge in order to consistently improve our quality of teaching.
There is also a teacher's forum page for exchange of experiences, ideas and opinions.
